These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of playbook products and setup services offered through this website by Handelyx Service Handover Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. By placing a request or purchasing our materials you agree to these terms.
We create and adapt written service delivery playbooks and process materials for general-purpose, non-sensitive business use. Playbook products are ready-made document sets priced between $200 and $700. Setup services — the adaptation of those materials to a specific service model, team structure or workflow — are priced between $300 and $900. The exact price is confirmed in writing before any work begins or any payment is taken.
Our materials are business process documentation only. We do not provide software, project management platforms, CRM systems or automation tools, and we do not provide legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity or other regulated or licensed professional services. Nothing in our materials constitutes professional advice in any regulated field, and you remain responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to your own business.
Orders are placed through the contact form or by email. We confirm scope, price and delivery time in writing before work starts. Playbook products are delivered electronically in editable format. Setup services include one review round with your team unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times stated in our correspondence are estimates made in good faith.
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, setup services require part payment before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Prices are quoted exclusive of any applicable VAT or local taxes, which are added where required by law.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent. For setup services, work begins only after your written confirmation; if you cancel before work begins, we refund any advance payment in full.
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, modify and reproduce the delivered materials within your own business, including for internal training and client-facing delivery. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the materials as standalone products. We retain the right to reuse general structures, methods and know-how that are not specific to your business.
Information you share with us about your business, processes and clients is treated as confidential, used only to deliver the agreed work, and never sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. We may state that you are a client unless you ask us not to.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
